After graduating, Kelly hopes to work in infant and toddler pediatrics, particularly the first 1000 days of a child's life.

This is Kelly's second year on NuFSSA, and she has spearheaded the establishment of the RDAA student mentorship program, in collaboration with Registered Dietitians in the province.Â

My Advice to NUFS Students
It's normal to feel overwhelmed! The pre-professional year and the first year of Dietetics are especially challenging and full. Give yourself grace and remember you're not the only one. If you can, form a study group. Sometimes you just need to talk out concepts and bounce ideas around. Others may understand concepts you missed and vice versa. Work together!!
